چکیده
Background: This study deals with the induction of lipopolysaccharide induced inflammation in animal model and treating this condition using phytomarine R-L compound (Bloomin’Age, Science Living, Milan Italy) that is known to possess anti-inflammatory properties eventually determine their characteristics through in-vivo experimentation. Objective study:The present was subjected test therapeutic anti-inflammatory/anti-oxidative regenerative property (SBF-LF) an LPS-induced lung injury mice models. Methods:Mice received intra-nasal administration LPS at a concentration 1 mg/ml weekly per day week for four consecutive weeks followed by oral 50 mg/kg body weight intermittently. Broncho-alveolar lavage fluids (BALF) as well tissues were periodically collected from control experimental groups histological examination. Likewise, tissue homogenate obtained treatment assayed myeloperoxidase (MPO) assay, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity elastase assay. Results: The results illustrated LPS- group demonstrated increased inflammatory cell infiltration causing acute persisting neutrophilic accumulation parenchyma alveolar congestion. Furthermore, influx macrophages, lymphocytes mediators observed during BALF analysis. resulted significant decline permeation cells histology Conclusion: Thus, exploitation along other assay methods confirmed its robust antioxidant suggested epithelial capacity. Further analyzing efficacy might help understanding potential option clinical settings. Keywords:Lungs, BALB/c mice, Lipopolysaccharide, anti-inflammatory,

Anti-inflammatory Effect of Ethanolic Extract of Euphorbia myrsinites in Lipopolysaccharide-induced Septic Shock in Mice
Background and purpose: Many herbs including Euphorbia have immunomodulatory properties. The aim of this study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory effects of the ethanolic extract of E.myrsinites. Materials and methods: In this experimental study, 40 Swiss albino male mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. Group A included healthy mice, group B was induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), grou...
متن کاملHeat-Processed Scutellariae Radix Enhances Anti-Inflammatory Effect against Lipopolysaccharide-Induced Acute Lung Injury in Mice via NF-κB Signaling
The present study was conducted to examine whether heat-processed Scutellariae Radix has an ameliorative effect on lipopolysaccharide- (LPS-) induced acute lung injury in mice. The effects of Scutellariae Radix heat-processed at 160°C (HSR) were compared with those of nonheat-processed Scutellariae Radix (NSR). The LPS-treated group displayed a markedly decreased body weight and significantly i...
متن کاملAnti-inflammatory effect of thalidomide in paraquat-induced pulmonary injury in mice.
Thalidomide has been used in inflammatory and autoimmune disorders due to its anti-inflammatory activity. Paraquat (PQ) poisoning causes severe lung injury. PQ-induced pulmonary inflammation and fibrosis are due to its ability to induce oxidative stress, inflammatory and fibrotic reactions. This study was designed to evaluate the anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic effect of thalidomide on PQ-i...
متن کاملRespiratory effects of lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammatory lung injury in mice.
The pathogenic mechanisms of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced lung injury have not been classified. This study examined the physiological changes after endotoxin inhalation and related those to features of pulmonary inflammation in mice. Pulmonary mechanics, histopathology, and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) from BALB/c mice were analysed at different occasions (3, 24, 48 and 72 h) after i...
متن کاملSulforaphane exerts anti-inflammatory effects against lipopolysaccharide-induced acute lung injury in mice through the Nrf2/ARE pathway.
Sulforaphane (1-isothiocyanate-4-methyl sulfonyl butane) is a plant extract (obtained from cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli and cabbage) and is known to exert anticancer, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. It stimulates the generation of human or animal cells, which is beneficial to the body. The aim of the current study was to determine whether sulforaphane protects against lip...
